Management Consulting

I provide management consulting to angel investors, venture capital firms and early-stage companies including:

• Serving as a director and/or officer of early-stage companies on behalf of angel/venture capital investors;
  
• Review and installation of suitable internal controls for early-stage companies to establish rigorous and efficient accountability to investors;
  
• Providing experience and expertise in negotiating and executing corporate initiatives, especially with third parties, i.e. regulators, business partners and other professional services providers; and
  
• Strategic and business analysis with respect to potential corporate investment or acquisition opportunities.
